Jamie Tancredi, Yoga Teacher

Jamie Tancredi

Transformed by the study of yoga and the journey into conscious compassionate heart centered living, Jamie is constantly encouraging seekers to look within and awaken their inner vibrancy, guidance and knowing. Devoted to the path of healing, harmony and vitality she views this quest into wellness as a profound opportunity to explore and emerge into a deeper union with the body, mind and spirit. Jamie makes us aware that when we take the time to nourish, nurture and listen to our bodies, we become the conduits of our own healing in turn maximizing our lives fullest potential. It is from the fabric of her own unfolding and exploration from which she teaches.

Jamie loves to share from ancient manuscripts and timeless masters. She seamlessly weaves gems of wisdom into her classes sourcing from the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Vedic texts as well as many more poetic and enlightened thinkers. She believes there is no greater service for her other than sharing this message of luminosity, life-force and liberation from suffering. Jamie is Certified by Karuna Center of Healing Arts 500 hour yoga program and she currently teaches public classes and workshops there. She also is a graduate of Integrative Nutrition and Dr. Morse International School of Detoxification. She has a private practice in Northampton, Massachusetts where she joyously shares her services as a Private Yoga Instructor, Qi Gong teacher, Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, Detox Specialist and Thai Yoga Body Worker. Jamie spends her free time traveling to share her teaching, hosting international retreats and trainings, working in inner cities with high risk youth, dancing, playing or sitting in circle with women in honor of the temple of the sacred feminine. She moves through her work as a gift and opportunity to assist others in restoring well-being, while simultaneously connecting to their truths. As a student of life Jamie continues to further her education every day.
